RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Product Leadership

- Define and Own Product Vision & Strategy ( in collaboration with the CEO)
- Drive Product-Market Fit
- Create and communicate the Product Roadmap to all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain understanding of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Product Development & Execution
- Lead Product Development Lifecycle: From discovery to delivery
- Ensure the product development lifecycle is efficient, agile, and aligned with business goals.
- Translate Strategy into Actionable Roadmaps: Break down high-level product strategy into clear, actionable product initiatives for cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product analytics, customer insights, and feedback loops to inform roadmap priorities, feature enhancements, and new product launches.

- Collaborate Across Functions: Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure customer needs are met and commercial goals are achieved.
- Support Revenue-Driving Activities: Work closely with the sales team on major deals and enterprise opportunities to position ALICE as a market leader.
- Customer Advocacy: Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and ensure the "voice of the customer" is embedded in the product development process.
- Internal Communication & Storytelling: Ensure that the product strategy and updates are clearly communicated to internal teams.
- Build Partnerships & Integrations: Identify potential third-party integration partners to create a more seamless user experience and expand the product ecosystem.

- Build the Product Team: Recruit, develop, and mentor a world-class product organization, including Product Managers and UX/UI Designers.
- Manage an international workforce
- Foster a culture of mutual respect, trust, collaboration, and innovation: Cultivate an experimental mindset, encouraging innovation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Set OKRs and Performance Goals: Set clear performance objectives and key results for product teams to align with company growth goals.

- Maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Collaborate with CS to identify ways to reduce churn, expand usage, and drive upsell opportunities.
- Product-Led Growth Enablement: Drive strategies that empower self-serve onboarding, usage expansion, and frictionless upselling.

- Drive Product Analytics & KPIs: Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS, feature usage) to measure success.

- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage product budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth product releases and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Expertise

- B.S. in a technical field required
- Construction related experience is a huge bonus
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth Principles
- Experience with or strong interest for AI/ML-Driven Product
