As a Solutions Engineer at ALICE, you will work with some of the largest contractors, owners and consultants around the globe. In this, you’ll play a critical role in delivering this vision by bridging the gap between innovative technology and the real-world challenges of our clients.

What You’ll Do

Engage with Clients:

  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver value-driven product demonstrations.
  • Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, managing all aspects of technical validation.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on client goals and solve challenges effectively.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Product team, influencing the roadmap with insights from client interactions.

Drive Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and test new product features before they come to market.
  • Create engaging demo assets and technical materials to streamline the sales process and empower clients to succeed with ALICE.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in construction, solutions engineering, or a related field, with direct construction experience highly preferred.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear client value.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools like Teams or Slack.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
