Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Channel Manager to join our team. As a Channel Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies to drive sales and expand our market presence in the United States. You will work closely with our partners, manage relationships, and optimize performance to achieve revenue targets. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement channel strategy:

o Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.

o Create and execute a comprehensive channel plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and optimize channel strategies.

· Build and manage channel partner relationships:

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.

o Provide support, training, and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell our products and services.

o Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and sales programs.

· Drive sales and revenue growth:

o Monitor channel partner performance and provide guidance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

o Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess channel effectiveness and identify areas for Improvement.

o Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales growth.

· Coordinate cross-functional collaboration:

o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, and product) to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.

o Provide input into product development and pricing strategies based on partner and market insight.

o Coordinate and participate in regular meetings, reviews, and training with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working as a Channel Manager or in sales, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers and/or channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self motivated and result driven, with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Proficient win CRM software and MS office/Google suite

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

*Base salary only. Salary dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.

**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401-k, and long-term disability insurance.
