The Opportunity
North America is entering the largest infrastructure investment cycle in a generation, and the companies building and supplying it are running out of people to keep the back office moving. Briq is changing that with Otto, an AI orchestration platform that automates finance, operations, and procurement for the industries constructing the physical world.
The Role
Based out of our Miami office (4 days a week), you'll report to the Head of Sales and own the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal. Partnering with our BDR team, you'll sell to owner-operators, CFOs, and ops leaders, diagnosing their biggest bottlenecks and showing them what's possible with Otto.
What You'll Do
• Drive Revenue: Build and manage a pipeline of new logo opportunities across construction and manufacturing.
• Own the Cycle: Lead discovery, run demos, navigate negotiations, and close deals.
• Solve Real Problems: Learn how these industries actually operate so you can connect Otto to the bottlenecks that matter.
• Collaborate: Work with Marketing and Solutions to sharpen messaging based on what you're hearing in the field.
What We're Looking For
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Market Fit: Comfortable selling into SMB and mid-market accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Industry Edge: Familiarity with construction, trades, or project-based industries is a strong plus.
• Presence: Based in the Miami area and able to work from our office four days a week.
Compensation
• $180K OTE with a competitive base and strong variable component
