Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the energy industry along with excellent problem-solving abilities. As an Intermediate Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored solutions to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Conduct detailed technical assessments and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in energy systems.
• Develop innovative solutions and proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Design and engineer energy systems, including renewable energy integration, grid optimization, and energy storage solutions.
• Utilize modeling and simulation tools to evaluate the performance and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Provide technical support and expertise during project execution, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the energy industry, with a focus on solutions engineering or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of energy systems, including power generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization.
• Proficiency in software fundamentals, tools, data science and machine learning principles.
• Experience with energy industry, specifically with the grid and grid integration solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
