As a Senior Project Manager you would be involved in working with implementation of client and internal projects and running client engagements as well as working with product and engineering teams to enhance our products, lay out and track tasks for the teams and lead customer projects to success. You will be working under the CTO of the company and would be relaying the guidelines for the product and engineering teams and client projects. You will be setting up a project management tracking service account to track the work of engineers and would be conducting weekly SCRUM meetings. You would be managing the AGILE framework for the projects for the engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

● Develop a project plans, business requirements and timelines for client projects

● Run and operate client project meetings

● Gather product feedback from clients and ideate product implementation strategy

● Convey the vision of project and product development from the CTO to the engineering and product teams

● Track the workflow of the engineers and the project using JIRA

● Conduct SCRUM meetings and Sprint Planning sessions

● Communicate milestones and deliverables

● Improve process efficiency

● Completion of customer projects against defined milestones and timelines

● Impact Assessments and ROI

● Kick-Off and Status meetings

● Business Requirement Documentation

● Project tracking and reporting

● Weekly Status Reports to CTO

● Process Documentation and presentation to the CTO

● Project completion documentation submission to the clients

● Lead the project management team goals and objectives

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

● PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.

● Minimum of 5-6 years of industry experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

● Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management best practices.

● Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

● Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.

● Experience working in a technology company or software development environment is preferred.
