About The Role:
We are seeking a System Administrator who will be responsible for administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of various applicable business system(s) (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) partnering with stakeholders across different departments. This includes managing application software, monitoring and troubleshooting issues, and planning for application capacity and demand across all system portfolios. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing, analyzing, and continuously improving the business system in area of responsibility to support evolving business processes and growth.
- Own security and access control, including role design and permissioning; support periodic reviews and audit readiness.
- Own day-to-day IT operations and end-user support for a remote company, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
- Manage identity, device, and SaaS systems across macOS, Windows, and cloud tools, including access control, provisioning, and license optimization.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of SOPs, FAQs, user training, and other technical documentation to support deliverable requirements, internal team needs, and to share with end users to support self-resolution.
- Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures, to include ITIL and ISO best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, required
- Understanding of SOC2 Compliance
- Salesforce experience required

You will be working with a talented, passionate and hardworking team of engineers and product/project managers to build end-to-end Machine Learning products and pipelines that will be deployed for our customers in order to prevent issues such as power outages, forced shutdowns, impact of climate change on the aging grid infrastructure and preventing wildfires.
