Head of Marketing
CoFi is a tech enabled construction lending platform that offers construction loans, software, and services to contractors and lenders. Our financing is backed by a proprietary payment software platform to expedite cash flow to the job site, including utilizing digital certified inspections and lien waiver management, so our clients can control the speed of lending and payments. CoFi is a rapidly growing fintech looking for the next leader in marketing.
This is a full-time role for a Head of Marketing at CoFi. The Head of Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing channels. The role requires working on-site at our headquarters in Lindon, UT and the Head of Marketing will collaborate with a team of professionals to create marketing strategies, generate leads, analyze market data, manage budgets, and measure key performance metrics.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and own all channels of marketing.
- Brand Management: Define and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and communications. Monitor brand perception and drive initiatives to enhance brand reputation and recognition.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email, whitepapers, and case studies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation activities through targeted marketing campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing programs, and effective use of marketing automation tools. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Generate regular reports, dashboards, and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and establish thought leadership. Manage event logistics, including budgeting, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance individual and team capabilities.
