Executive Support

This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of executive operations, including heavy calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, and high-profile event management.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including heavy calendaring, travel planning, and expense management.
- Offer lighter support for the Executive Vice President of People and the CFO, including calendaring and travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Create and refine slide decks for board presentations and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage all logistics for board meetings, including travel arrangements, venue preparation, catering, and other dining reservations.
- Organize and manage scheduling and arrangements for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Plan and coordinate logistics for all-company meetings and other company-wide events.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Manage multiple priorities and execute with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work independently to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and drive initiatives forward.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for presentation creation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating events or managing logistics for meetings is a plus.
