Dexterity Taiwan team focuses on creating and building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to enable and maintain Dexterity’s hardware ecosystem in Taiwan. As an Ops Administration Specialist at Dexterity Taiwan, you will be responsible for cross-functional administrative functions for Taiwan Operations.

Planning and Hosting Visits

Manage Taiwan Ops Dashboard - SCM, Quality, Eng, Logistics.

Support Procurement (direct/indirect)

Support Taiwan Business Development

Requirements:

Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering studies/background.

5 or more years of working experience related to General Administration

Bachelor Degree or above. Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Sales, Procurements, Industrial Engineering or Languages are preferred

Able to travel

Excellent Skills in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Fast Typing and Notes Keeping Capabilities

Very Fluent English and Chinese Communication

Project Management Skills

Presentation Skills

Housekeeping Skills

Able to work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently with great attention to detail.

Fast learner, can autonomously translate learnings into execution.
