Title: Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for extracting insights from continuous customer discovery and recommending product level and portfolio level strategic decisions to the VP of Product. Strategic decisions may include but are not limited to new market or geography entry, new applications, pricing/commercial structure, and the prioritization of our existing product portfolio. Additional responsibilities include developing and owning the product requirements, product vision, and product roadmap of Dexterity’s Products. You will drive clarity for the engineering team on “what” to build and distill complex engineering decisions involving AI/ML, algorithms, and controls into simple to understand concepts. You will work closely with the commercial teams to understand marketing and sales roadmaps and align core capabilities to future opportunities. You will also serve as the product management "bar raiser" for other product managers in the team by helping establish PM best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skill Sets
At least 2-5 years of Product Management experience in Enterprise (B2B) SaaS and/or Software enabled hardware products
Proven track record running enterprise customer discovery with prospects, customers, and partners
Demonstrated ability key areas such as strategic planning, prioritization, GTM enablement, multi-year roadmaps
Strong verbal and written communication
Analytical, Quantitative, and Data-Driven (e.g. Tableau or equivalent superuser)
Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications and Skill Sets
Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
At least 2 years of management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience
Business Domains: Warehouse Logistics, Supply Chain, Robotics
Experience building out product management workflows and experience with tools such as ProductBoard, Aha!, Product Plan, etc.
Travel:
Up to 30% travel may be required in this role since core job responsibilities involve site visits and customer meetings
Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $145,000 to $170,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
