As a hands-on Distributed Systems Architect, you will be responsible for the architecture of the Dexterity Platform Software. You will work with a talented team to implement platform software components to meet the quality, performance, observability and real-time characteristics required by our intelligent warehouse robotics applications. The role requires advanced knowledge of distributed systems, real-time systems, performance optimization and test strategies. The ideal candidate will have developed and supported real-time applications in C++ that have been in production for multiple years. Strong knowledge of the entire software toolchain is essential.
We are very interested in candidates that have previously worked at a startup or other fast-paced environment on technically challenging projects. The role also empowers you to evaluate new technologies and recommend new tools/components to improve our solutions.
In order to thrive in this role you will have significant experience with developing, debugging and improving production systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to the role.
