What one of our engineers has to say about Ethic:

“I chose Ethic because I believe that the best learning happens in an environment that balances mentorship with freedom and growth. Here, I’ve had the opportunity to create meaningful work without being confined to rigid guidelines. Instead of simply being told how to solve problems, I was encouraged to explore my solutions, which has been both empowering and enlightening. This blend of guidance and autonomy has not only allowed me to develop my skills but has also fostered my creativity, enabling me to tackle challenges in innovative ways.

From day one, I was able to contribute to projects that have a real impact. Knowing that my work is being utilized and appreciated in the broader context has motivated me to push my boundaries and embrace the learning process. The ability and freedom to not only fail fast but also learn from those mistakes has allowed me to experiment and learn new technologies and skills. I truly appreciate the supportive atmosphere at Ethic, where learning and growth are prioritized, and I am excited about the potential it holds for my development in the future.” - Anthony Lam, Software Engineer
