The role:
The Head of Partnerships is a growth leadership position at GreenLight that will be responsible for contributing to our 2023 top priority - establishing channel partnerships aimed at acquiring new clients

The focus of this role is to establish relationships with technology partners, VMSs, and MSPs to increase revenue together.

About you:

  • You have deep experience in the contingent workforce space, partcularly with solving compliance issues for large enterprise programs. But you are looking to do more with your experience and expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Strategy team to validate hypotheses, understand barriers of entry, scope value proposition, technical needs, and go-to-market
  • Serve as interim Key Account Manager for GL’s most strategic accounts
  • Establish relationships with technology partners, VMSs, and MSPs to increase revenue together
  • Establish a feedback cycle that allows the Product, Operations, and Success teams to create a more valuable experience for clients and workers
  • Track efforts, resources, and interactions to help the Strategy team define customer acquisition cost per segment
  • Work closely with the Strategy team to identify which marketing and public relations initiatives maximize ROI

Requirements:
GreenLight’s Head of Partnerships will possess a combination of:

  • Deep industry knowledge of contingent workforce management
  • Extensive professional experience in leadership positions
  • A broad and trusted network of key decision-makers within the industry
  • Willingness to expand current skillset and navigate ambiguity to successfully disrupt an industry
