The Role
As Venture Builder, you will wear many hats and contribute directly to meeting GreenLight’s milestones.

You’ll work directly with GreenLight’s leadership and execute different initiatives. You’ll learn (or maybe teach us 🙂) about operations, finance, strategy, product, technology, and management.

The ideal candidate is extremely curious, thrives in ambiguity, loves to solve problems, and has a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be assigned two to three complex workflows/problems at any given time. You’ll be responsible for executing them and designing systems for making them super-efficient.
• You’ll be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and communicating key insights from each assigned workflow/problem.
• You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and proposing key actions.

Required experience

• You should have at least one year of work experience or have had an internship at a top Consulting/IB/PE/VC firm
• Experience working with data
• Bachelor’s degree from a top university is a plus
