The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee relationships with our national retail accounts. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for major retail clients, focusing on maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships while promoting sustainability initiatives. You'll work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and help them understand the value and impact of our solar energy programs.

You'll manage the full spectrum of the client relationship, from regular check-ins and Account Reviews, to technical billing inquiries, while utilizing our Salesforce and OneBill platforms to provide detailed reporting and insights. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high client satisfaction and retention while supporting our mission of sustainable energy adoption in the commercial sector.

You Are A:

  • Patient and skilled communicator who can build strong relationships with national retail clients and effectively explain complex technical concepts
  • Analytics-driven professional with the ability to understand and interpret billing systems and create meaningful reports for stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented manager with proven experience in customer-facing roles and account management
  • Technical thinker who can navigate CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and create comprehensive reports
  • Sustainability advocate who can articulate the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy to diverse stakeholders
