Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Scrum Master to contribute to the success of Latent AI product development. As a Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful, innovative software product releases and ensuring continued customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver high quality products to our customers.
• Facilitate and support all aspects of the scrum events: Sprint Planning, Standups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in recognizing areas of strength and improvement, and coaching team on self-organization across cross functional skill sets.
• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure that product priorities and objectives are met.
• Organize sprints, workboards and resource coordination. Track delivery progress.

Qualifications:

• Skilled with Agile methodology, practices, and Agile Frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and promotes Agile values.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Proven experience leading Agile software development practices
• Proficiency with Jira or similar and git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization
• At least four years of relevant project or product management delivering product
• Startup experience preferred.
