Latent AI enables creation of more robust, efficient, and agile edge applications that improve user adoption and mission impact.Our current product mission is simplifying and accelerating traditional AI workflows from model training and optimization to deployment and support. Our flagship product, the Latent AI Efficient Inference Platform™ (LEIP), is a unified SDK built for machine learning engineers and AI software developers. Who we're looking for

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. This individual will have experience driving sales and building relationships within the federal government sector. As a key member of our sales team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the public sector. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about AI and technology.

What you’ll do

  • Customer-Centric Leadership

    • Serve as the voice of the customer, shaping product direction based on their needs and pain points.
    • Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Vision and Strategy

    • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Latent AI’s mission and business goals.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
  • End-to-End Ownership

    • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iterations.
    • Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Empowerment

    • Act as the central point of coordination among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Foster a collaborative and trust-driven environment to enable peak performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making

    • Use data, market research, and user feedback to make informed decisions.
    • Balance data-driven insights with creative intuition to explore emerging opportunities.
  • Innovation and Adaptability

    • Stay agile in the rapidly evolving edge AI landscape, managing trade-offs effectively.
    • Collaborate with R&D to identify and address core technical and market challenges.
  • Communication and Storytelling

    • Clearly articulate the product value proposition to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
    • Craft compelling narratives to align teams and generate excitement around product initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience

    • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ML, IoT, or deep tech industries.
    • Proven track record of launching successful software or hardware products in fast-paced environments.

    • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, edge computing architectures, and embedded systems.
    • Ability to bridge technical and business needs, collaborating effectively with engineering teams.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Education
