Role Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive our growth within the LATAM SOUTH market. This role is ideal for a result-oriented sales professional who is passionate about building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering value to our customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, positioning our Company as a trusted partner in cybersecurity, and helping organizations elevate their security strategies with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify, target, and secure new clients across the LATAM SOUTH region, focusing on expanding Company’s presence in countries like Argentina, Chile, Uruguay & Paraguay market.
- Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build relationships with decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, IT directors, and other executive stakeholders, to understand their cybersecurity needs and position our solution as the solution.
- Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Own the entire sales process based on business value, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience throughout.
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, driving revenue growth and expanding Company’s footprint in the LATAM SOUTH market.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, leverage resources, and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using HubSpot or a similar CRM, ensuring clear visibility into progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tech sales, with a focus on selling complex solutions to organizations in the LATAM SOUTH region.
- Experience in Promoting, selling and renewing SaaS/Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within the tech or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship-building.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Availability to travel and/or commute to customers’ site when required.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.
