About Odin

Odin Labs, Inc. (“Odin”) is the workforce visibility and compliance platform powering the next generation of infrastructure. As demand accelerates for AI data centers, clean energy projects, and large-scale construction, Odin provides the operational backbone for real-time workforce tracking, credential verification, site access, and compliance management. We experienced more than 7x revenue growth from 2024 to 2025, and 2026 has already surpassed 2025 growth.
Odin’s growth is driven by rapid expansion and adoption of our software platform across complex, high-compliance construction environments. As we continue to see strong market momentum and a growth in complex construction programs, Odin is preparing for its next stage of scale.

About the Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to close net-new business across Odin's Texas and Mid-West market. This is a closing role. You take qualified opportunities, run discovery and demos, build and quality-check the proposal, negotiate, and get the deal signed, then hand it off clean to our Customer Relationship team. Pipeline is sourced through our business development function and executive network, so your focus stays where it matters most: converting qualified deals into closed logos.
We are especially interested in candidates who have sold into or worked alongside mission-critical, high-security, or regulated construction environments: data centers, ports and maritime, energy, utility, and oil and gas infrastructure, government and defense facilities, or transit and aviation projects.
This role reports to the Head of Sales.

What You Will Own

You own each deal from the first qualified conversation to signature, then set up Customer Relationship to keep and grow the account. In practice, that means:
Discovery: Run structured, data-informed discovery. Document the customer's pain, map the buying committee, and arrive with an informed point of view from the first conversation. By the end of discovery, you can explain the customer's situation as well as they can.
Demo: Prepare and deliver a tailored demo alongside a Solution Engineer, not a generic walkthrough. Show the customer exactly how Odin solves their specific problems. No quote goes to a new customer without a demo.
Proposal: Build the proposal from standardized packages, approved pricing, and locked contract language, and run every proposal through quality control before the customer sees it.
Negotiate and close: Drive the commercial process within Odin's guardrails, handle objections, and navigate procurement. Route each approval gate in order: security and solution scope, delivery timeline, pricing, legal and commercial terms, and executive signature.
Orchestrate the team: Pull in the Solution Engineer and Project Manager at their triggers. You run the deal; the specialists advise inside it.
Hand off clean: Deliver a complete handoff to Customer Relationship on every win, with a written handoff note and a live acceptance meeting, and stay available through the first 30 days.
Keep the deal honest: Keep the CRM current at every stage so a deal advances only on evidence, and write a short post-mortem on every loss.

Mission-Critical & High-Security Site Expertise

A meaningful share of Odin's best-fit customers are general contractors and owners operating on sites where access control carries regulatory, legal, or national security implications. As an AE in Texas, home to major data center construction corridors, active port and maritime projects, oil and gas infrastructure, military and government facilities, and large-scale transit builds, you will be expected to speak credibly to these environments and understand why Odin's capabilities matter in them.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally selling into construction, general contracting, or construction technology.
Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, with an existing network in the regional construction market. That network is an asset for opening doors, though our business development function and executive network drive primary sourcing.
Familiarity with high-security or regulated construction environments, such as data centers, ports, energy infrastructure, oil and gas, government and defense, transit, or aviation, is a strong plus.
Experience with oil and gas construction or industrial projects is a bonus. This is an active area of expansion for Odin in Texas, and a candidate with existing relationships in that vertical will have a significant advantage.
Experience selling to or navigating deals with security, compliance, or safety stakeholders.
A proven track record of closing complex deals, from the first qualified conversation through signature.
Self-directed. This is a role where you drive the deal, orchestrate the right people, and keep it moving. You do not wait to be managed through a close.
Comfortable with urgency. The final stages of a deal often move fast, unpredictably, and outside normal business hours.

What Success Looks Like

Every deal you own is actively managed, current in the CRM, and moving forward on evidence. Qualified opportunities become closed logos, and every win reaches Customer Relationship complete and on time. You drive your deals rather than being driven by them, and during closing stages you are available, proactive, and urgent.
