Oceania International was founded in 2014 and is currently a nine-figure business with triple-digit annual growth. It is engaged in full value chain cross-border e-commerce. We are looking for an energetic part time self-starting Shipping/ Receiving Clerk . The ideal candidate needs to be familiar with FedEx, UPS, LTL and International shipping and willing to learn.

There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
Main Responsibilities/Functions:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping and receiving area
- Engage in clear verbal and written communication with the Director of Logistics and team members
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment
- Will store materials and supplies, manage inventory of shipping supplies and products
- Make arrangements for pick up
- Forward shipping and receive documentation to the appropriate departments on a regular and timely basis
- Compare and identify information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
- Examine incoming shipments, record shortages and correspond with shipping department
- Will operate lift trucks to move or hoist materials to proper areas
- Perform special projects as directed
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Basic math Skills
- Good oral/written/reading communication skills
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Highly developed sense of organization and attention to detail
- Mechanical/organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
