Job Summary:

As the Inventory and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory control systems and coordinating the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, both vital functions to maintain and scale Electric Era.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in both inventory management and transportation. They have a proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations, excellent communication and leadership abilities along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage inventory control systems to ensure and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Receive and inspect purchase orders upon delivery
  • Prepare inventory kits for Production team according to Production Schedule
  • Oversee and manage all transportation operations, including inbound, outbound shipments, and U.S. Customs compliance
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Monitor and track shipment statuses, resolving any issues or delays promptly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in inventory management and logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment
