Role:
As the Sr. Revenue and Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Electric Era’s revenue strategy by owning and optimizing our CRM and revenue operations infrastructure. You will ensure that business processes, data flows, and system integrations are aligned with overarching company growth goals, while also advising leadership on strategic revenue initiatives.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable revenue operations processes that enable data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Your work will directly impact forecasting accuracy, revenue efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
This role reports into the Sales/Revenue Operations team, which is part of the Revenue Growth Organization under the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue strategy execution by ensuring CRM data, workflows, and reporting align with broader revenue goals.
- Own and optimize the CRM system as a foundation for revenue operations, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., marketing automation, customer success, finance, and operational platforms).
- Design and implement scalable revenue processes and governance models that improve forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue insights.
- Translate business objectives into structured processes that enable efficient sales execution and data-driven decision-making.
- Define, monitor, and refine key performance metrics to drive revenue efficiency and visibility.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to align operational workflows with company objectives.
- Lead data integrity and governance efforts to ensure CRM and revenue data is accurate, actionable, and well-maintained.
- Implement automation and system enhancements that streamline revenue operations and reporting.
- Evangelize process improvements and net-new operational frameworks, ensuring adoption across sales and adjacent teams.
- Get hands-on to build revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, iterating based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications and Preferred Experiences:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar function at a high-growth company, with 6+ years preferred.
- Expertise in CRM ownership and administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with a proven ability to design and optimize CRM-driven revenue processes.
- Deep understanding of revenue strategy, go-to-market operations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience aligning sales, marketing, and finance processes to improve forecasting accuracy and revenue growth.
- Ability to translate company-level goals into operational processes and data mechanisms that drive measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging CRM and revenue data to provide strategic insights.
- Track record of implementing and optimizing scalable revenue processes that align with company growth objectives.
- Experience partnering with leadership to advise on revenue operations strategy and process improvements.
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of new processes and serve as an internal advocate for revenue operations best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Seattle.
Salary Range: $140K - $165K
