In the field, you will either perform maintenance tasks yourself or manage third-party contractors, depending on the complexity and urgency of the issue. In both cases, you will ensure the work meets Electric Era’s safety, quality, and reliability standards. You will also coordinate with logistics and maintenance vendors and provide valuable feedback from the field to inform future designs.
