Vecna Robotics is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician. The Senior Field Service Technician provides advanced technical support at customer sites and works to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The Senior Field Service Technician is a subject matter expert with profound knowledge of our equipment and systems.

The Senior Field Service Technician role is 75-100% travel. While this is a remote role, the Senior Field Service Technician will be expected to travel to customer sites and our Waltham, MA office – often on short notice.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in fast-paced environments by adapting seamlessly, and exhibits a proactive eagerness to continually learn.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, this is a fulltime, salaried role with benefits based in Dallas-Fort Worth.
